At Pet-centar.hr, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
